The key to our superior products is the use of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP). This material is highly impact-resistant and stays cooler in heat compared to aluminum. The FRP upper and lower skins offer greater rigidity than aluminum, while also providing improved scratch-resistance. FRP's high impact-resistance, at around 20KJ/m2, is a significant advantage. The polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core creates a stronger load-bearing structure while reducing weight, allowing for a 350 lb. surface load-bearing capacity—a substantial improvement over older designs and materials.

Our water-tight channel hinge system is one of the most waterproof tonneau covers on the market, quickly draining accumulated water and preventing it from penetrating the truck bed. Secure straps at the cover's head ensure a tight fit, even when transporting taller cargo. The easy installation, with a quick-latch system, allows for secure setup in under five minutes. The integrated clamp fastening system further ensures security and stability.

The three-fold flip-over design allows the tonneau cover to fold easily into thirds at the hinges, sitting against the back of the cab with a rubber bumper to protect the truck. This lightweight, yet durable, design permits easy removal and reinstallation whenever full access to the truck bed is needed.

In addition to the superior construction, we include 118 inches of waterproof strips to prevent dust, rain, and snow from entering the truck bed. We also provide LED lights that can be placed anywhere, from the truck bed to sheds, for added convenience and visibility.
