Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) is the perfect material for our products. It is very impact-resistant, stays cooler in the heat than aluminum, and provides improved scratch-resistance when compared to aluminum or fiberglass. FRP also has higher impact-resistance (Approximately 20KJ/m2), and the Polypropylene (PP) Honeycomb core creates a stronger load-bearing structure while reducing weight. Our products have a surface load-bearing capacity of up to 350lbs, a significant improvement (Up to 200lbs) when compared to older designs and materials (Aluminum and fiberglass).

Our Tonneau Cover features a water-tight channel hinge system, making it one of the most waterproof on the market and allowing for quick drainage of accumulated water. It also has a secure strap located at the head of the cover for ensuring coverage and securely fixing the cover in the three-fold state without worrying about transporting higher goods. The Tonneau Cover is easy to install or remove from the truck bed, and the integrated clamp fastening system ensures security and stability, with easy and fast lock-up. The cover folds easily into thirds at the hinges and sits against the back of your cab with a rubber bumper protecting the cab of your truck.

To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend measuring from the inside of the bulkhead to the tailgate, not including the rails. We provide 118 inches of waterproof strips to prevent dust, rain, and snow from entering your truck bed, as well as LED lights that can be placed on truck beds, toolboxes, sheds, or any dim places. Our Tonneau Cover is designed to fit 2007-2021 Tundra models with a 5.5ft (66.7in) Bed Length, excluding models with a roll bar and Trail Edition.
